FLORIDA PANHANDLE BIRDING AND WILDFLOWER FESTIVAL
The Friends of the St. Joseph Bay Preserves will host the Annual Florida Panhandle Birding and Wildflower Festival October 7-9, 2006, at the St. Joseph Bay Buffer Preserve in Port St. Joe. This event, in its sixth year, celebrates the areas natural plants, animals, birds and more. There will be field trips guided by experts, lectures and exhibitors. Movies at the Monument

The first night of Movies in the Park went off with a blast. With about 300 houndred people showing up to watch the first premier the Gulf County Tourist Developement Council and the Mexico Beach Community Development Council have decided to do it again. So on October 13, grab all your gear and head down to the St. Joseph Monument, located on Allen Memorial Way, Port St. Joe. Don't miss this great time, make sure that you bring all your friends and family this event.

Ghost on the Coast
Dress up and trick-or-treat with the entire town with great entertainment for all ages. The streets will be blocked off so kids can take over the run of the town. There will be storytelling and costume contest for all ages. The buisnesses along Reid Ave. will have their booths set up to make sure that every child goes home with a treat. Music By The Bay

Every Thursday night in October join all the excitment with Music by the Bay. The concerts are free and will be held at either Frank Pate Park or on the porch of the Thirsty Goat, Port St. Joe. There will be great music, delicious food and beverages for everyone, starting at 8pm, EST.
